Seven Springs is 40 minutes from Richmond and 30 minutes from Mechanicsville. If you are traveling from out of town or just want to stay closer to the venue, we recommend the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express in Mechanicsville.

We will be providing a shuttle bus from these two hotels to the venue and back. Please plan for bus pickup to be around 3:30 on Saturday, October 18. The bus will return guests to the hotel later that evening.
